Return Policy
Return Period
Due to the nature of Natural Health products, all returns (even unopened boxes) are not able to be resold and must be destroyed. Therefore, we are unable to accept all returns but in some special circumstances a return or exchange authorization may be issued within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund upon receiving and inspecting the damaged or defective product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except for damaged or defective items. We recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance to ensure your returned items are protected.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team at customerservice@exzell.com to inform us of your return request.
b. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
c. Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
d. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible, and include a copy of the invoice and the RMA number.
e. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
f. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items, such as opened or used products, and promotional or discounted items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
